An opinion can come with a smile.

Humanity faces enormous challenges: wildfires, climate change, migration, ageing populations, housing shortages, artificial intelligence, inequality, food insecurity and the threat of future pandemics.

But what if these problems are not impossible to solve?

In this channel we travel into the coming decades to explore what could happen if humanity fails—and what a better future might look like if governments, scientists, businesses and ordinary people make different choices.

Every episode examines a major world problem, several possible solutions, the costs involved and the unintended consequences. These are not predictions or simple answers. They are realistic future scenarios designed to encourage discussion about the world we want to create.

New episodes explore the biggest question facing humanity:

Can we solve the world’s greatest problems before it is too late?
